Welcome to Epicurean Orders ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Epicurean Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India.
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") for event catering at exhibitions and trade shows.
IMPORTANT CONSENT NOTICE: By providing your phone number, creating an account, logging into our Service, or using our platform in any way, you explicitly agree to these Terms and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client," "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logged on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our" and "Us," refers to Epicurean Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. "Party," "Parties," or "Us," refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
2. Service Description
Epicurean Orders is a specialized B2B catering platform designed exclusively for Indian exhibitions and trade shows. We provide:
Food Services
- • Breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks
- • Time-slot based delivery to exhibition stalls
- • Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM IST the day before delivery
Staff Services
- • Professional waiters, chefs, and bartenders
- • Hired on a per-day basis during events
- • Background-verified service professionals
Equipment Rentals
- • Coffee machines, refrigerators, display counters
- • Rental for entire event duration
- • Setup and breakdown included
Our services are currently designed for the exhibition period of February 4-10, 2026, with pre-orders available from September 20th, 2025
3. Eligibility & Registration
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts
- You must represent a legitimate business entity participating in the exhibition
- You must have a valid Indian mobile phone number
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
Account Registration:
- Registration requires phone number verification via OTP (One-Time Password)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per phone number is permitted
Business Information:
You must provide accurate business details including company name, exhibition hall number, and stall number. This information is essential for service delivery and cannot be changed after order confirmation.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
4.1 Data Collection
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Identity Information:
- Phone number (primary identifier)
- Email address
- Name (as provided during profile setup)
Business Information:
- Company name and details
- Exhibition hall and stall numbers
- Business contact information
Transaction Information:
- Order details and preferences
- Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay)
- Delivery addresses and special instructions
Technical Information:
- Device information and browser type
- IP addresses and session data
- Usage patterns and preferences
- Security logs and authentication records
4.2 Data Use
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: Processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing bookings
- Communication: Order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer support
- Payment Processing: Facilitating secure transactions via Razorpay
- Account Management: User authentication, profile management, and service personalization

- Business Operations: Analytics, service improvement, and operational efficiency

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure third-party payment processors, or international currencies like USD or Euro when applicable
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification
5.2 Pricing
- We reserve the right to modify prices anytime
- Once an order is confirmed, pricing cannot be changed
5.3 Payment Security
All payments are securely processed by Razorpay.
6. Order Policies
6.1 Order Placement
- Food Orders: Must be placed by 6:00 PM IST the day before delivery
- Staff Services: Must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
- Equipment Rentals: Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance
- All orders require complete and accurate delivery information
6.2 Delivery Terms
- Delivery is limited to registered exhibition stalls only
- Delivery time slots must be selected during order placement
- We are not responsible for delays due to exhibition security or access restrictions
6.3 Order Modifications
- Orders cannot be modified after the cutoff time (6:00 PM IST previous day)
- Cancellations must be requested before the modification cutoff
- Emergency changes may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges
- We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time
6.4 Quality Assurance
- All food items are prepared following FSSAI guidelines
- Staff members are background-verified and professionally trained
- Equipment is regularly maintained and sanitized
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services
6.5 Product Representation
- Images displayed on our platform are intended to be representative of food items and services
- Actual items may vary in presentation, portion size, or garnishing
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the platform
- Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk
- We are not responsible for any third-party services, including payment processors
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EPICUREAN HOSPITALITY SERVICES PVT. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
- We are not liable for any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- We are not liable for any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- We are not liable for any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service by third parties
- We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epicurean Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any claim that your content or actions caused damage to a third party
- Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
- Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
10.2 Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India, in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
10.3 Waiver of Class Action
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
11. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction
- Survival: All provisions that should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification
- Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
